concatenate module help needed

In A column, i am using a VB module to concatenate cells C:Z with "," as separater. But in result, if some cells are blank in the B:Z range, it returns comma for blank also. How to avoid the repeating comma in the place of blanks. Also I need to avoid repetition of numbers in result (ref cell B24).
