    Importing web data and changing decimal to comma incorrectly

    Hi Gurus,

    I have a workbook that imports data from web (for instance, https://www.xe.com/currencytables/?f...ate=2021-02-01), however, it converts English language to Spanish and decimal to comma. The exchange rate for pair of EUR/USD which is 0.8255738338 is converted to 8255738338. I checked in Data > From Web > to understand how the web data is loaded, and found that it translate English language to Spanish and converts decimal data to comma data. I have attached the screenshot for your easy reference.

    This happened since I reviewed an excel file of my friend from Latin America. His file used "," for ".". I have never come across to this problem before and was unaware of this kind of settings.
