Employee TimeSheet

What do you expect to record for 'Time'. Is this a number of hours.

Presumably this is for one employee. Is your current thinking to have a sheet for each employee.
Who is recording the data. Are all employees expected to record their own data, or is this an admin task done by one person.
Your profile suggests you have Excel 2007. That is rather old. Do you happen to have Office 365 - this is important since it may determine the optimum way of collecting data.

What's your thinking for wanting to use a User Form rather than just capturing the data directly in the sheet?

If you need to produce summaries, or analyse data across time periods then it would be better to keep all the information on a single sheet.
i.e. columns for

Date
Project
Hours

i.e. You'd have many rows rather than many columns. You didn't say whether it was vital that a User Form was required. In this suggestion just add the stuff in the yellow cells and click the blue button. The Pivot Table will automatically adjust.

If you don't have Excel 2010 or later the Slicers on the PT sheet won't be available.

I want this data input from userform only.

and date should be in 1,2,3 not in 1-1-2021

date should be in horizontal
project should come vertical
in the date and project time should come
i want to know Which date, which project, How much hours employee should spent.
