Your sample workbook doesn't really help understand the problem

In the real workbook how is the userform launched? Not via the VBA window I'm guessing.

If I launch the form from a button on Sheet1 and then click the button on the form it all does what you said you wanted. All but Sheet3 are hidden and the form shows with no VBA window.
