VBA- Word import to Excel: Format issue

Hi,

I am using this function to import a word table to excel:

The problem is that some cells are imported and converted to Date (i.e ''01-10'' become 10-January) and some cells are splitted and not kept merged. Do you know a better code to keep the same format?
