Emailing from excel based on multiple selections

Good morning everyone!!

I hope everybody is well here. I am hoping someone may be able to help me here please, I am attempting to create a function whereby different email addresses are called based on two separate selections made from drop downs:

1st selection: based on which department a person works for (searching for which team to target)

2nd selection: based on what level they work in the business (staff, team leader, manager etc. searching for different individuals to email)

Based on the selections made, this will change who is emailed the document.

I have to admit I am rather clueless on even where to start with this one, I have been searching Google and my training courses but not coming up with much there so thought I would ask the brains trust . Is there a code I can run for this? Or am I dreaming a little
