Highlight Columns and Rows

When I did research on my Title description I saw there were 7,293, so here is # 7,294. I need to know how to stop the cells outside of a grid to highlight what is in the grid since I already have a procedure to highlight a range of cells within the grid, and I am sure many of you are familiar with highlighting Rows and Columns. My attached file has all the information I need to fix if possible and I'm sure this has already been requested before.

dangelor, that stopped the outside cells from highlighting, but when you click on a Column (A,B,C etc or a Row 1,2,3 it highlights thru the grid and highlights the Column or Rows all the way to the end of the worksheet like it normally does.. That doesn't happen in the procedure I had. it stopped at the end of the range. It was just the outside of the grid that bothered me. Anyway, you fixed my concern and thanks.
