Do sum when specific criteria meet by using VBA code

In the attached file you can see some values in Z column and some numbers in N column you can see in cell
N40 there is value 33 and in cell N69 again the same value 33 whenever this happen it means whenever value is same then do sum of Z40 and Z69 then place that sum in Z40 and put zero in Z69 do same process about cell N71 and N92 then do sum of Z71 and Z92 place the sum in Z71 and make Z92 zero then do same process for cell N117 and N139 and so on, see before after sheet i do it manualy in after sheet so please see after sheet so you can understand what i want to expect, thanks
