Auto Detect New Files from a Specific Folder

Dear Experts!

I hope you all are doing the best in your life.

I have an assignment to complete an excel file with VBA code. VBA code should automatically trace new files from a specific folder and run a code.

During searching on Google I find some codes. But some codes slow down the excel and some codes we have to run. But I need any smooth code.

The folder contains TXT files and the file count always increases and decreases.

Please guide me in this.
