Dynamic Print Area

I am trying to make my print area dynamic. I placed the following code in the worksheet change event to have 2 different functions. The first one names the sheet tab based off 2 cells in the worksheet and the other sets the print area. I am getting an error on the last line of code. Any thoughts as to why?
