Repeat Rows 12 times

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me create a macro that goes through all rows in my data and repeats them 12 times. I've found similar macros but none with 2 columns that I can see.

I've attached a spreadsheet to better illustrate my data and my desired outcome. There is no consistency in the data, sometimes a department will have 1 account, sometimes 5 accounts. Need it repeated 12 times regardless.
