Macro to Clear win 10 64 bit clip board

Hi All,

does anybody have a piece of code to clear the windows 10 64 bit clipboard?

there are a few different posts around all primarily quoting

But this code fails with 64 bit with the public declare statement.

As always, any help is most greatly appreciated.
