VBA to copy same cell font color from a filtered list, pasted onto different cells?

Hello again,

I'm looking at the possibility of maintaining a font color when it's used in a textjoin formula. I'm using conditional formatting to change the color of a Name based on a value in another column ("Potential"). I'm then using textjoin to list out names in another cell based on their performance values. These names are joined in a 3x3 cell area, based on low, medium, and high performances. I want to see if it's possible to also maintain the same font color of these names. I know I can't do it in a formula, but is it even possible in vba? I've attached an example. Thanks!
