I've got a workbook that won't let me open any code windows for any worksheet or the workbook. In normal workbooks it will open a blank code window if there's nothing there, but this doesn't open a code window at all. I am unable to insert a module or any other code, and when I try it freezes Excel and I have to force quit. I've never encountered this problem before and haven't found anything about it online. A screen shot of the IDE is attached.
If it's an older file, could it be a 'Shared Workbook'? Code can't be viewed in those.
Look on the Review tab, in the Protect section. If there's a button labelled 'Unshare Workbook' then it's Shared.

(that page also has a link on how to access this if your version of Excel doesn't have the Un/Share Workbook button - which newer versions don't have, because it's been replaced by 'co-authoring' instead.

If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
