Remove cell value based on a Remove list

I have a workbook with a main sheet and sheet1, sheet2 etc. The main sheet has SKU and sku numbers that are all referenced to other sheet1, sheet2 etc. I have a sheet called Remove that has a list of SKUs, headers are SKU, Sheet1, Sheet 2 etc. The first data row has e.g. SKU1234, Y, N etc. The Y and N means that to remove the sku from sheet1 and not sheet2. I would like to write a macro that would search the SKU from the Remove sheet and replace the SKUs with say number 0. Thanks.
