prevent add new dates for new month and move to next sheet for a new month

hi all
I have sheets' names begin from JAN TO DEC so I enter data each month when reach the end the date of month prevents me add by warning message " this month is closed , it should move to next sheet" and when press ok then automatically move to next sheet for instance in sheet JAN i write date in COL A the end of this month is 01/31/2021 and when try adding a new month "FEB" 02/01/2021/ then should show the message and move to the next sheet is FEB and so on for the rest of months in all sheets , each sheet specify one month when reaches to end date of month should move to next sheet
