Macro nonbreaking space after one-letter words

Hey,

I am completely new to VBA, I've literally never used it before. All I need is a Macro that would find all one-letter words and place a nonbreaking space after them. I tried googling for quiet a while, but can't figure it out... This is what I've been able to put together, it's basically just copypasting what I found and replacing the .Text, so no wonder it doesn't work.

One-letter words ... where ? In Excel workbook on some sheet ? In Word document ? In some text file (csv, txt) ? What should the output layout look like ? Some sample file would be required with the result visualization.

Sorry for not saying, it should be in a Word document. It should prevent splitting at the end of the line.
