Hide/ Unhide Columns + Rows based on cell value

Hi All,

I am struggling to hide/unhide columns and rows based on cell value. I am trying to Hide/ Unhide Columns using checkboxes on another sheet.

Simply, if I click on Checkbox for List 1, it will keep all of List 1 in the sheet 'Lists'. If I do not click on Checkbox for List 2, it will hide all of List 2 in the sheet 'Lists'.

I appreciate the help, please find the attached spreadsheet.

Thank you this worked well! This was just a test for something that I am trying to do. Is there any way to manually set the amount of rows I can hide? For example, Rows("5:13"). I can't get mine to work...
