Launching command prompt from VBA

Hello,

I am trying to launch a Windows command prompt from Excel 2016 (VBA).

I have a shortcut on my desktop and it works fine.

The shortcut is: \\External Folder\Test.cmd

Behind it, I believe there is a Python script. Python is not installed on my computer.

I now want to be able to launch it as part of an existing VBA code.

I searched this forum (keywords: command prompt, cmd) but could not find the solution.
