How do I print a single worksheet over 2 sides of a sheet when printing.

The great asset of this site is to be able to attach Excel sample, see the yellow banner at the top.
Can you do it, to be sure to understand the print as you are doing ...!
In addition give details about the format used.

I have attached the workbook and what im trying to do is where its in light shade I need that printing on one side and then I need the sheet to flip page on long edge and print the stuff on the other side that has data in a darker shading.

I DO NOT need the shading to print as in the lines as its there for illustration purposes only, but DO need the cells where coloured yellow to print yellow.

If you select the print area from B2 to I71
Then select "Fit all columns on one page " in the print menu
You will see that there is 2 pages to print: There is to many rows versus columns to print on one page.
You need to adjust the ratio between nb of rows and total columns width, for the first page
