VBA code to draft outlook email from excel sheet

I'm trying to send email from excel sheet using vba code. The problem i'm facing email body lost all formatting for example bold, font size and line break etc.
i have attached the sheet and here is the vba code which exactly i want to do it. But I don't know how to use sheet cell range in this code.
