Copy Format from File in Column A to File in Column B

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with the code for copying the format (select all) from file in column A and applying it to matching file in column B and to loop down the list? Ex. open File 1A and 1B, Select All in 1A, format painter, apply to file 1B, Save, Close, move to next row and do the same.
