VBA Excel Multiple Cells listed in summary workbook

    Hello
This is my first post to the forum and I an very new to VBA, like a month into using VBA .

I found some code from another thread. I am unable to link it as this is my first post. I am not sure if I needed to ask there or in a new post. I added as a comment at the top of the code block.

Right now the code opens multiple workbooks and copies the 1 cell (eg. c2) and pastes it in a list beside the workbook name (eg. Contract 15 - Week Ending June 28, 2020.xls) . This is working perfect for me as a list of workbook names in column A and the value from C2 in column C. I left column B empty to try and change the workbook name into an actual date but that is something for a later time.

    I have 2 questions:
    1) Can this be modified to grab 2 or 3 different cells from the same workbook (all workbooks will require the same 3 cells) that are not in a range (eg C2, D9 and F21)?
    2) this code opens the workbook then closes the workbook for every workbook. I have hundreds to go through like this, is there a more efficient way to pull this information?

Here is the code I am using so far:

Just repeat this line as necessary.
