Find and Replace Macro - Pivot Table

Hello!

I have a bunch of Pivot Tables (and a Pivot Charts) with several dates with date format (dd/mm/yyyy):

I would just like to have a macro that replaces every date of every table to a text. For example 15/01/2020 to "1stQ Jan"; 15/02/2020 to "2ndQ Feb" and so on and so on. I have tried to use this code (only to see if it works, but it doesn't...). Any idea why is this not working? And how can I change a code to have all these dates?

Your code is looking for a string/text whereas you have a date.
