you don't really stipulate how the "latest" drill through data should interact with any existing drill through data on the preferred tab (Drilldowns in below script) however, below is a basic illustration where data is pasted 2 cells below existing data
this code should be placed in ThisWorkbook module of file

I have tried the above code but it didn't work out with my sheet
attached is a working example of post#2 -- you should find if you drill down on any balance in the Pivot the drill down data will be appended to Drilldowns tab.
