    Code to drill pivot table data details in one sheet instead of drilling in multiple sheets

    Appreciate if anyone can provide me a VBA code to drill pivot table data details in one worksheet instead of drilling in multiple sheets for every data detail.

    you don't really stipulate how the "latest" drill through data should interact with any existing drill through data on the preferred tab (Drilldowns in below script) however, below is a basic illustration where data is pasted 2 cells below existing data

    this code should be placed in ThisWorkbook module of file

    attached is a working example of post#2 -- you should find if you drill down on any balance in the Pivot the drill down data will be appended to Drilldowns tab.
