I have a simple time report created in Excel that basicly looks this.
Project 2021-10-01 2021-10-02 2021-10-03 Row total A 1 1 4 6 B 3 1 1 5 C 4 3 2 9 d 1 1 2 E 2 2 Column total 8 8 8 24
The user defines the project and amount of worked hours for each day. I have one sheet per month. The next step is that I generates a "diary-table" with Power Query with a "User defined note"-field based on the values in all time-report sheets.

When I add new projects and time on myc time-report sheets and then update the query the values in my user-defined diary entry randomly jumps around and I can not have it like that.
So my question is:
Can I solve this problem with either Power Query or VBA?
