Form to enter data and view results

Hi,

I am working on a spreadsheet to track Running progress for the year 2022 (1-1-2022 to 12-31-2022). I worked on the excel file but so far I am only able to get the data columns ready. Somehow data need to enter into it Maybe with Form.

which I will populate after each run.

I want an excel spreadsheet to offer the following features: - Each day I can input the total duration of my run (minutes) and the distance I traveled (meters).
I also want the option to leave a comment on each day I run.
The spreadsheet should calculate my average pace for each run (kilometers per hour) and my average time per kilometer (minutes per kilometer).
Excel sheet provides weekly statistics: total distance run, average weekly pace, average weekly time per kilometer.
Excel sheets offer these statistics monthly and yearly also.
It should have the ability to input a yearly goal for total distance and track my progress to reaching this distance.
