VBA code to save files in MAC Excel without Save dialog Box

I am implementing a VB code , where I want to save the worksheets to a specific location and with a pre defined name in MAC OS .
For this , the save dialog should not appear as there are too many worksheets to save and it will be an overhead to user.
Either VB code that supports this feature or a shell command suggestions are appreciated .
