Changing multiple PivotTables based on text string/ Cell reference

I'm trying to change multiple PivotTables based on two values X and Y.
I have figured out how to do it by a specific reference, but that would yield needing to do the code for 15 PivotTables at 5 different scenarios.
I know the last image isn't going to work, but I just wanted to show how I want X and Y to change based on some text string or cell reference.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I'm a self thought newb at VBA, so the lines are pretty basic.

I have used Slicers before, but only 1 per PivotTable.
There might be more to it, so I will try to go that way.
