Disable Contents of the Excel Ribbon

Hi Everyone?

I would like to know is there a VBA code that doesn't actually hide the excel ribbon but deactivates all the contents of the ribbon? (Tabs and tools)

I would like to maintain the excel ribbon on display but make all its contents INACTIVE whenever this particular workbook opens.
Please help me on that.

What's the point of it being visible if you can't use it?

It gives some sort of frame to the workbook other than putting it off completely.
