VBA - copy data from daily sheets and paste on main sheet

Hi there, i am new to VBA and have been learning recently. need some help with running something for my sch proj.

I need to copy data from all the sheets labelled "monday", "tuesday", to ... "friday" to my main sheet , "Data sheet". Is there a way to copy the data from respective day sheets, based on the day of the week and paste it in the "data sheet"?

My data in my day sheets are from "AB1: AG9" and i would like to copy them and paste them (as values) to the "B1:G9" of my main sheet.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. THank you.

Maybe explain what you mean by this also. I think we know but just to avoid confusion.

Hi there, I really appreciate your help in this and you replying to my post.

I have data from column G onwards in daily sheets "Monday", Tuesday ... and the actual data starts in column H.

I want to:

1. based on the day of the week. Eg: If today is Monday > copy from "Monday"
2. Copy the data from column H onwards to the last column with available data
3. Paste onto "main sheet" from column B onwards as values and keep formatting
4. Clear all the data from previous day except column A
5. Arrange the pasted data by grouping those with the same "fav food". Eg: for Tuesday, when i copy the data over to my mainsheet, i would want to arrange the data with the users who likes "sushi" first then those who likes bento (Jasmine,Jasmine,Sam,Sam,Brenda) - this will repeat itself if there are more fav food added
