Macro help to convert text data into consolidated table

    Hi,
I am looking for help to convert data that is copied and pasted but comes in as text, where the values and dates need to be extracted and consolidated into a table. The data comes in as a pair of cells, in the worksheet attached, A3 & A4, then A5 & A6 etc, which lists $ values and a percentage return, and then entry and exit dates, a dollar gain or loss and the number of days. I need to extract the prices, and dates for each pair of cells and then add the formulas to calculate the gain or loss and percentage gain or loss. The copy and paste data could be just 2 cells, or 100's. The example sheet shows what I am trying to achieve. Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

    Many thanks,
