    learning to sort tables

Hello, I am trying to learn how to work with tables and arrays. I was wondering if someone could help me.

I have a situation where I pull manufacturing material usages from the last 10 runs and it organizes them into 10 tables. it has the raw material number, material description and the usage per part for that manufacturing run. I want to combine them all into a single table where I can collect the average and st dev. of the usages. The curveball for me is that sometimes we overproduce for a run and stock that item. This ends up throwing off the true usage numbers so I want to skip any table that has a material description with "phm" in it. There are also sometimes when there are older runs that used a different material or there is a "test strip" that we use to use for QA but we no longer use it so it is in some of the older runs but not needed any more. So the list of materials can vary from one run to another.

I attached an example of what the initial conditions could look like and then a second tab that show how I want it to end up.
