Copy range to another Workbook if values are found (matched)

Hello gurus,
Here it is in short:
What I need is the code to
1.Go through column A in Workbook1 find matches in Workbook2.
2.Copy Columns A (overwrite), B and C from Workbook1 to matching data in Workbook2

Meaning: Find the same A value in another workbook and paste A:B to it.
