Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas

Hello Everybody,
Could you help me in my question, please?
Explain:I have problems in the formulas in the sheets "Rate(MTD)" and "Rate(YTD)",they both contain the same 3 formulas:
1st formula in column d: it counts high temperatures from sheet "High temp piles"for columns (from "h" to "o") depending on criteria
2nd formula in column e : it counts high temperatures from sheet "Scales Temperatures" depending on criteria
3rd formula in column f: it gets average of days from sheet "High temp piles" depending on Company,material and dates only
Criteria:Company,material ,dates("p1","R1") and limit (limit is ">39" for material 1,Limit is ">49" for material 2&3)
the problem:The following messages appear after every calculation:
"Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas"
Question:I need to fix this error in formulas or use vba code.
Please help me to fix it
Note:Helper columns or rows are not preferred
