vba to automate excel report

Currently, I have an excel file that calculates daily rates based on the data that I copy and paste in a worktab. I tried to record macro and complete the process but it ends up modifying cell rows instead of specific cells. How can I fix this issue? I don't want excel to delete a specific row, but certain rows that have specific values.
