Database with Form and Reports provision in Excel 2016

Hi Excel Champs !

I have a master database of my supply chain projects. I need a proper Form which is connected to database. I need this Form for following purposes.

- Obtain / recall any project detail as required using project ID (I have dropdown need macro to populate detail of any project, which is editable and saved updates in database).
- Edit, save and update project items in database through Form (it contains name, model, make, rating and quantity of components)
- Print any project report using project ID.

I have attached demo file as sample adding few rows of some projects. Indeed, I have data covering 35K rows of different project components(one project components can be 200+ rows), with unique project id and name.

Can anyone help me to do this task.
