Email from list of attachment with corresponding addressee

Hi All
Can someone help, if only by pointing me in the right direction/post

I'd like to email specific addressee's in a list, with a corresponding attachment
Ideally id like to be able to add a few lines of subject line, body content, so could use Hyperlink function or a template msg file
