Calculating Calls per hour (PowerQuery)

Hello, and I hope this is the correct place to get assistance.

I am working on a report and have to calculate calls per hour (call center) for each employee. I have loaded and formatted the data I have into Power Query, but can not figure out how to create a column that will calculate the correct CPH for each employee.

The data is in Hour format. Total talk time for employee 1 is 4.0 hours rounded.

Any assistance and advice is greatly appreciated. I am new to Power Query.

Unable to view the queries in your file. Appears that they are not in the file but linked to files on your computer. Only thing visible is the Power Pivot.

Yea, I realized after I posted it I didn't include all the required information to get my desired results. Currently trying to figure out how to delete the thread.
