Advance Filter not returning expected results

After playing about with this to try and figure it out. I have discovered its because the Department names in columns S to W are the same as column AA... when I changed S to W it worked as it should,,,,

so I think I may have to rethink the information in S to W... If anyone could tell me why this happens or if they know how I could get this to work with the information being the same, I would be most interested..

OK,,, figured it out,,, Its the Headers... they were the same in T & W and AA & AF,,,, so slightly changed just the headers in T & W then both filters worked as advertised
