Showing a certain formula output with userform in VBA

Hi there

I want to use User form in order to calculate a certain formula.

Input data: Blue ones
Output data: Green ones

I need a user form which gives results (output data) on user form when i put data (input)

So can u help me about coding in VBA?

I re-attached your file that does exactly what you described... Not sure it's exactly what you are looking for because it's much easier to do something like this directly on the worksheet, but nonetheless, it's attached.
