vba to list Workbook & Sheet Statistics

Hi,

I came across this sheet in an older file that lists the statistics of each sheet in the workbook. The data points include the used range, # of cells with conditional formatting, data validation, formulas, empty, constants, as well as the calc time for each sheet. This would be super helpful for troubleshooting problematic workbooks. My googling was unable to turn up any code that could either generate statistics by sheet, yet alone reproduce this. Does anyone have code that could generate this or some version of it?
