Coding for Excel to Gmail attachment

Can anyone tell me how or if I can change this over from Outlook to send through Gmail?

needs 2-step authentication disabled and less secure apps enabled in the gmail settings

Gmail no longer supports Less Secure Apps. You need to use OAuth2 authentication.
