Allow filtering on all columns

Hello guys,
I hope you are all doing fine.
I am a newbie with vba code with only a simple enquiry.
In my code here, i have locked all my sheet except column C.
I need only to allow filtering on any column based on the fields of first row.
What amendments should be made to my code?

As long as the column filters are established before protecting the sheet, the following line of code will permit them to be used even when sheet is locked/protected
