pass multiple inputs from userform back to main routine

If this works, sorry for the way i had to go about it.
i have been trying to submit this post for 2 days the regular way...but it isnt allowing me to.
So I am now going to try to submit by putting all my post in a word doc attachment. its not like it is a long complicated post, so i dont know what is going on.
Hope this works and still gets some hits.
