copy range of data dynamically into another workbook

I need to create a macro to send data of a defined range in an excel file sheet to another workbook.
I have a folder with 4 excel files, the excel files' name are (1,2,3 and 4) and I want to send or copy the data in the range A12:H15 the of sheet "Success Students Rank (Final)" in each excel file (1,2,3 and 4) into another workbook (master) file as shown in "All Success students" sheet of the attached master file. The copied data should be appened to the bottom of the existing data of the master sheet. No data is deleted in the (master) file. Anybody can help to solve this issue? I attached all files. I do not want to use Power Query.
