Power Query - refreshing data but adding to table, not replacing existing data

Hi,

I import statistical data each week from a sporting website via a refreshable web query. Rather than replacing the data each week, I want to be able to compare it by either creating a new worksheet each time, or ideally, presenting it in a new table further across the existing sheet. Then I can apply other analysis to the data, eg last event, last 4 events, last 10 events, which isn't provided by the source.

I can work out how to Power Automate the scraping, or Refresh the query in Excel, but I can't work out how to retain the old data instead of replacing it.
