Selected cell value in a specific range to open file based on cell value

Hello,

I am trying to assign the value of the selected cell in the range C6:C1000 to a variable to open the file related to the value in the selected cell.

I am not sure how to use application.ActiveCell... It doesn?t work, it just does nothing...

Attached is the file with the code in it.

Please help me.

File names in cells, should include the extension.
