Putting a Table into a User form

I have searched in interwebs pretty thoroughly and have come up empty on this question. Is there anyway to put a table into a user form. I am unablet o upload my file as it exceeds to 1000KB limit. I attached a screen shot to five you a general idea though. I have a large gantt chart with a calendar planning maintenance into the future. On the right I have a table detailing the specifics about the timeline being viewed. I need the user form to consolidate the controls for all this. And it would be incredibly helpful if I could imbed the table into the user form. Making it scrollable would be great, making it editable would perfection. Is there a way to do this. I am amateur hours at best with excel and VBA but i got this far.

If none of this is possible is there a way to leave the user form up and still edit the data "behind/next to it". I Just need a floating control dock basically. I could be using all the words all wrong here, but any help would be appreciated. This is a pet project years in the making.

Upload a sample file (20-30 rows) as pictures are of little use.

Re: Putting a Table into a User form

My apologies. I'm pretty novice at this. I don't know how to parse out a few cells as this project is so interwoven. I'm sure there's a better way to do it but I so many sources and helper cells I can't really cut anything out. Either way I figured out to get it where i wanted with a named range list with 15 or so columns... its alot alof stuff but it works. Thanks again.
