Close Onedrive at start of Macro, open at end of Macro

I am running a macro that is creating about 250 separate files that are synced with OneDrive / Sharepoint / Teams - and if the One Drive sync is turned on when the macro starts, it fails. If I pause one drive syncing, then the macro runs perfectly.

Is there a way to code into the macro to pause one drive sync automatically so the user does not have to remember to do this?

I dont believe there is any VBA interaction with OneDrive but I'd imagine it can be done by using Shell commmands.

I am not familiar with shell type stuff at all. I found a couple things on the google, but none have worked so far.

Do you have any ideas on how to work with these?
